This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and United Estimating, (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your use of our online ordering platform for estimate services, including the payment system integrated via Clover.
By using our website, submitting an order, or processing a payment through the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform solely for the purpose of submitting project details and ordering estimates. This license is for personal or business use only and does not allow resale or redistribution of our content or services.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate project and payment information.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Reverse engineering or decompiling proprietary software.
- Not interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our technology.
3. Payments and Services

a. Pricing & Payment Authorization
By submitting an order through our platform, you authorize United Estimating to charge your selected payment method (via Clover) for the amount specified based on the type of estimate service chosen. All prices are clearly displayed before checkout and are subject to change at our discretion. Any promotional pricing or discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and will not be applied retroactively. -
b. Service Initiation
Once payment is successfully processed, your estimate request is submitted to our team. Services typically begin immediately after order confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring that all project details submitted in the order form are accurate and complete. -
c. Refund Policy
Because estimation services require manual work and professional input, payments are generally non-refundable once processing begins. Refunds may be issued in limited cases, such as:- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Order cancellation before work begins.
- Inability to deliver service due to reasons on our end.

d. Failed Payments & Authorization Holds
If a payment is declined or reversed, the order will not be processed. Clover or your bank may place an authorization hold on your account for verification, which is not a charge and should disappear within a few days. -
e. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location or nature of the service. All charges will be calculated inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on local laws. -
f. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a payment (chargeback) without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We take fraudulent claims seriously and may provide Clover with evidence of service delivery, order data, and user communications in the event of a dispute. -
g. Payment Processor
All payments are securely processed via Clover. We do not store or have access to your complete credit card or banking information. Your use of the payment gateway is also subject to Clover’s terms of service and privacy policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, code, and processes provided through the platform are the property of United Estimating. You may not reproduce or use any part of our service outside the scope of this agreement without written permission.
5. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by user error, incorrect information, third-party systems (like Clover), or external factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall United Estimating be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or payment service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific estimate order.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for violating this Agreement or engaging in any unauthorized or harmful activity.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Modifications
We may update or modify this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
